2 cucumbers, sliced thin1/2 small red onion, sliced thin1 tbsp light mayo2 tbsp fat free greek yogurt1 tbsp vinegar1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
1. Combine mayo and vinegar and mix well.
2. Chop cucumbers and onions and mix in a medium bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt & pepper to taste.
