Taco & Brown Rice Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb ground beeftaco seasoning packet2 c. water2 cups instant rice1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown beef over medium high heat and drain. Add 2 cups water and taco seasoning, mix well. Bring to a boil. Add 2 cups rice and sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Top with coarsely crushed tortilla chips, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, etc. (TOPPINGS NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL VALUE)
