Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting- From Scratch

Ingredients
1 8oz brick of cream cheese- room temp1t vanilla1/4 cup butter- at room temp4-6 cups powdered sugar.5 cups strawberries pureed
Directions
Beat cream cheese and butter until creamed and well mixed.
Add in vanilla and strawberries and beat until well mixed
Add in powdered sugar-beat until smooth and keep adding little by little until you reach the desired consistency and taste

Serving Size:�Makes enough frosting for 1 whole cake plus some extra

**For mini cupcakes you will probably only use a small portion of the frosting per cupcake.... I would say probably about .25 of a serving per cupcake.

    This recipe is terrible. It calls for WAY TOO MUCH liquid. What you're left with in the end is a useless bowl of strawberry cream cheese soup and that's AFTER you add 7 cups of sugar. - 3/31/13
