588 grams extra lean ground beef1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs1 free range egg1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp Louisiana hot saucemix all ingredients together and form 4, 5 oz burgers or 5 4oz burgers, grill on the BBQ if desired.

grill on BBQ or grill in frying pan until no longer pink
