Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 14 oz Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 0.75 cupKroger Turkey Pepperoni (15 slices), 2 servingsWhole Wheat Flour, 2 cupsMilk, nonfat, 1.33 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Preheat oven to 425. In a medium bowl, mix flour and any seasonings you desire. I used Italian seasoning. add eggs and milk, stir till well blended. Spray a large cookie sheet with pan spray and pour the mixture into it. Top with toppings and bake for 15 - 20 until golden on top and sides. cut into 24 slices.
