Pinto Beans with Spinach & Turkey Bacon

Ingredients
3 Cups of Pinto Beans (Cleaned)12 Slices Turkey Bacon, Diced2 Cans of Rotel (2.5 serving cans)8 0z Bag of Fresh Spinach (or more)2 Medium Onions, Diced6 Cloves of Garlic, MincedSalt and Course Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Place3 cups cleaned and rinsed pinto beans into crockpot. Cover with 6 cups of water and let soak for at least 5 hours (or over night).
Add Onion, Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Bacon then cook for 4 hours on Low.
Stir in Rotel and Spinach and continue cooking for 2-3 hours or until finished.
