Beef Strogenoff

Ingredients
1 onion diced2 cans mushrooms stems and pieces1 stick of salted butter1 tsp roasted minced garlic1/4 cup flour3/4 lb stew beef2 cans beef consomme1 cup rose/blush wine2 cups sour cream4 cups wide egg noodles
Directions
Sautee the diced onion and mushrooms in the butter with the roasted garlic. Put the stew beef in the flour and then sautee the beef with the onions and mushrooms. When the beef is browned add the two cans of beef consomme and the wine. Let this simmer for an hour until the sauce cooks down. Add the sour cream to the mixture. Cook the noodles like the package says, when ready mix the noodles with the sauce and enjoy.
