Barsagna casserole

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb ground beef1 cup Quick cooking barley2 cups low sodium beef broth1 1\2 cups cottage cheese1 cup shredded mozzarella1 jar Spaghetti Sauce2 tsp parsley
Brown ground beef and drain
Meanwhile, cook barley in broth according to directions on package (12 minutes)
Spread 1\3 jar spaghetti sauce on bottom of casserole dish.
Sprinkle 1\2 of ground beef over sauce.
Spread 1 1\2 cups of cooked barley over meat.
spread 3\4 cup cottage cheese over barley
Sprinkle 1\3 cup mozzarella over cottage cheese
sprinkle 1 tsp parsley over mozzarella
Repeat above steps using your ingredients. Top with last 1\3 jar of sauce and 1\3 cup mozzarella
bake at 375 for 25 min
let stand 5 minutes
