1 grilled chicken breast2 cups lettuce1 medium tomato1 T red onion1/8 cup colby cheese1 hard-boiled egg1/8 cup carrots
Directions
Mix lettuce and all vegetables together, place cheese wedge and chicken breast (cut into strips) on top of the lettuce mix, then garnish with red onion slices.
