Ingredients
14 Baked Tostito's Scoops, crushed lightly1 large egg2 egg whites1/2 cup tomato sauceSalt & pepper to tasteHot sauce to taste (I used Cholula and Fire sauce)3 corn tortillas.
Directions
Beat egg and egg whites together in a small bowl, then scramble in a pan until fluffy. Add crushed tortilla scoops, tomato sauce, hot sauce and salt & pepper. Stir around until heated through.

Serve with3 fresh, warm corn tortillas.
