Avocado-Crab Salad

Ingredients
1 avocado1 can crab3 tbsp light mayonnaiseJuice of half a lemon1 green onion, finely diced1 small stalk celery, finely diced1 tomato, sliced (4 slices)
Directions
1. Cut avocado in half. Take out seed. Scoop out a little from the center to place the crab salad.

2. Drain the crab. Place in small bowl along with the onion, celery, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add pepper to taste.

3. Spoon half of the mixture in each avocado half. Serve with 2 tomato slices on the side.
