Italian Sausage Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
675g or 1 1/2 lb chicken breast without bone or skin60g or 1/4 cup mild or hot ground sausage meat (I used Johnsonville)1 egg white2/3 cup Kellogs Corn Flake Crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking pan with a light coating of Pam. Remove any fat from chicken. make a slit in the side of each breast at the thick part big enough to insert 1 Tbsp of the sausage meat. Fold closed. Roll through beaten egg white and then through cornflake crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temp is 170F.
