Making it now, but looking at the recipe, since the herbs are in such minute quantities, I would say they are dried. If one is using fresh herbs the quantity would be much higher. Hope that helps!

I added more garlic because we are a garlic loving family....
    I added some finely chopped onion t - 1/15/11

Not enough flavor! It def needs a sauce and the lemon was a bit too strong. Will make turkey in a casserole type dish next time. - 3/18/11

Thank you - I was looking for turkey recipes that didn't involve ground turkey. This was delicious. We fried our instead of grilling and served it with green beans. Will try it again. - 7/12/10

Very easy to make and cooks up fast - great for a weeknight meal. Also I'm loving the calorie/fat count! It means I can enjoy a higher calorie side. - 8/13/08

Be careful of your nutrition values when you make this. The turkey scallopini I buy has 120 calories per 4 oz. and this recipe call for a serving of over 5, which would make the calories more even without the olive oil. - 4/17/08

Excellent. The marinade keeps in the moisture when grilling the turkey. I didn't have the spices mentioned so I used basil and oregano. It was great. - 1/31/08
