1 lg egg & 2 egg whites.25 c of chopped green peppers1 serving of turkey bacon (3 slices) chopped.5 c frozen hash brownsSalsa to taste*1 oz of low fat cheddar cheese

Cook the chopped green peppers & turkey bacon. Put the hash browns in with the peppers and bacon. you can cook the eggs with the mix or separate and add when eggs are done.
