Slow Cooker Chicken Marinara

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast, skin removed5 cloves garlic1 carrot, grated1 onion, diced16 oz mushrooms1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes1 6 oz can tomato paste4 oz dry white wine1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp basil1 tsp thymeSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients & cook on low for 6 hours. You can put chicken and sauce over whole wheat pasta or brown rice.
