Ingredients
2 scoops Isopure Low Carb (Dutch Chocolate) 2 tablespoons LIQUID Heavy Cream16 oz Brewed Coffee, (2 cups)1 cup crushed ice (6 cubes=1 cup crushed)
Directions
crush ice in ice crusher blender [or use pre-crushed ice or crush in a ziploc bag]. add [pre-cooled in refrigerator from morning] coffee, isopure low carb protein powder, and cream. cover and blend a minute or two. pour into glass and enjoy with straw.
