Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese, drained4 plum tomatoes, chopped3 green onions, chopped2 medium cucumbers, peeled and dicedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and cucumbers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill until serving.
