Pork and Mango Meatballs with Chilli Sauce

450g lean minced pork1 medium onion, finely chopped1 tsp ground cumin1tsp ground coriander1 tbsp fresh parsley freshly ground black pepper2 tbsp spicy mango chutney 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes1 small red chilli, seeded and finely chopped1 vegetable stock cube2 tbsp tomato puree1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6
In a large mixing bowl combine the pork with the other ingredients, mixing well with a wooden spoon. Season with black pepper.
Form the mixture into golf-ball sized pieces, roll until smooth and place in an ovenproof dishes.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Pour over the meatballs and place in the oven for 35 -40 minutes.
