Seafood stir fry

Ingredients
1 C Green beans (frozen)2 C Fresh baby spinach14.5 oz Bean sprouts4 oz canned shrimp7oz imitation crab meat4 oz fresh mushroomsGarlic1 Onion (chopped)olive oil1tbs soy sauce2 tbs terayaki sauce (i used world harbor maui mountain)
Directions
Heat pan- add olive oil. Stir fry onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add frozen green beans, bean sprouts. When heated (or no longer frozen) add crab meat and canned shrimp. Add Soy sauce and teriyaki sauce let simmer for five minutes- when everything is hot add spinach and cover pan let simmer for a few minutes more till spinach is cooked. I enjoy hot pepper flakes and parmesean cheese sprinkled on mine- but thats optional.
