2 Cups Black Beans2 Cups Corn1/2 cup (dried) brown Rice prepared1 oz. sliced Jalapenos2 Tbsp. Cilantro2 tsp. Yellow mustardMustard 1/4 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. garlicother seasonings to taste
cook rice according to directions on package. After fully cooked add all other ingredients to the pot, and stir until mixed well, and warm. Serve and enjoy.
