10-ounce can low-sodium tomato soup2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce3 tablespoons red wine vinegar4 tablespoons dehydrated minced onions1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon chili powder3/4 cup water1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/8 teaspoon ground cloves1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper1 1/2 pounds boneless top loin pork chops, trimmed of all fat
Combine all of the ingredients except the pork chops in a large bowl. Transfer to a skillet with high sides, add the pork chops, and simmer over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
