Ingredients
BroccoliGreen peasRed cabbageSpinachGreen peppersTunaHard boiled eggsSun dried tomatoesTahiniOlive OilLemon JuiceYou don't have to use the same veggies I did, just use whatever's handy!
Directions
Chop up your veggies, put them in a bowl along with some protein (chicken, tuna, whatever you want) and a dressing of your choice! I used tahini, olive oil and lemon juice and it tastes pretty delicious.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 or 6 lunch-sized salads
