Spiced Red Cabbage with Apple Cider

Ingredients
Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, small Caraway Seed, 2 tspPaprika 2 tspSalt and pepper to tasteApple Cider 1 cup Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1/4 cup
Directions
Shred cabbage, heat oil in skillet over medium to medium high heat, add cabbage, caraway seed, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes, do not over cook . Stir the apple cider together with mustard and pour over red cabbage. Stir to combine 1 minute then turn off heat.

Serving sugestion: Serve for Octoberfest with sauerbraten, roast pork, bratwurst or any other german sausage.
