Healthy Ranch Dressing

1 1-oz packet ranch salad dressing mix1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese1 cup fat free plain yogurt1/2 cup skim milk
Measure cottage cheese, yogurt and milk into a small blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Then add about half of the dressing mix. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Taste it and see if you think there's enough seasoning. If not, add a little at a time, blend and taste until it tastes right to you.
Keep refrigerated.
Tip: The less dressing mix you use, the less sodium you will add to your dressing. The sodium amounts given for this recipe assume you'll use the whole packet, but you may not need it. The other nutrients will not change significantly.
