Monica's awesome tortillas

Ingredients
Silk, Plain Soymilk, 1 cup, .75 serving Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Canola Oil, 2 tsp Flour, white, 2 cup
Directions
Mix dry and oil, heat milk
then slowly add it; stir until sticky ball forms
Knead for 2 minutes on a floured surface (should be firm and soft)
Place in bowl and cover with damp cloth 20 minutes
Break into 8 balls and rest (not touching) 10 minutes under damp cloth
Pat flat then roll to 8' diameter, keep covered,
fry in a hot, dry cast-iron pan about 30 seconds each side.
