Ingredients
Directions
4-6 Pork Chops (bone in about 3-5 oz each) (my recipe is based off 4 chops) Any thickness you desire1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
First combine both cans of soup in a bowl and mix together until well incorporated. Next wash off the pork chops and shake off any excess water put them into your crock pot or whatever slow cooker you have then pour the soup mix over the chops covering them completely. Set the cooker to low and let it do it magic.
Now cooking time depends on the thickness of your chops just check on them every so many hours if you have that option. I used ones they were about 1/2 inch thick and it took them about 4-5 hours to fall off the bone which is about the right time. Thicker chops could be about 6+ hours.
DO NOT ADD WATER THE COOKER WILL CREATE THE WATER! I eat brown rice with mine but you can have any side you like noodles, potatoes, etc. Enjoy!
Serving Size: 2-6 servings (depending on how many chops per person)
