Chicken Gyros

Ingredients
Greek Seasoning: 2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons dried oregano1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder2 teaspoons garlic powder1 teaspoon cornstarch1 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon grated nutmegMix together and store in the freezer until ready to use.Chicken Gyros:2-3 chicken breasts1/4 cup Greek seasoning (above)1 cup tzatzikifresh oreganofresh parsley1/2 white onion, thinly sliced3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced6-8 pitas
Directions
Rub chicken breasts with seasoning and grill, 5-7 minutes on each side until juices run clear. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Finely chop a tablespoon or two of the fresh herbs and sprinkle over the onions and tomatoes. Slice and serve on pitas with tzatziki, tomato slices and onion.
