Curry Veggie and Sausage Soup

Ingredients
7 cups water1 small onion, diced1/2 a ring of Farmer style sausage, cut into bit size pieces.1 large carrot, sliced into coins.1 cup celery with leafy part, diced1 large potatoe, cubed3 cups cabbage, chopped1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1/2 - 1 tsp curry powder
Directions
Heat the 7 cups of water to a boil. Add onion and sausage and bring back to a boil. Add remaining ingrdients and bring back to a boil. Turn down to medium-low heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
Serves 6 (1 1/2 cups each)
Add salt to taste
