healthy whole wheat oats and flax muffins

1/2 cup quick oats1/4 cup ground flax meal1/3 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1/2 cup packed brown sugar2 Tablespoons baking powder1 cup craisins1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/3 cup canola oil1/2 cup egg substitute1/2 cup skim milk
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together the first 7 dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl; oats, flax meal, wheat and white flour, brown sugar, baking powder, craisins and walnuts. Be sure all ingredients are well combined.
In a separate container, combine the moist ingredients; oil, egg substitute and skim milk - wisk together then add all at once to the dry ingredients.
Using an ice cream scoop, place mixture into prepared muffin tins( liners or cooking spray)
Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool on cooling rack and enjoy!
