1 cup Quinoa uncooked.1 can low sodium chicken broth1 can corn,1 can black beans1 can White northern beans5 green onions chopped1 package of low sodium cubed ham cooked1 bottle Italian dressing1 red pepper chopped
bring quinoa and broth to a boil, simmer on low until all broth is absorbed, cool 10 min
mix cooled quinoa with all other ingredients, toss with dressing chill..the longer it chills the better.
