1/2 large purple onion chopped4 mushrooms chopped1.5 tbsp olive oil1 package extra lean ground turkey (20oz)5 red bell peppers-- tops chocked and cleaned12 oz can crushed tomatoes1.5 cup cooked lentils
Directions
sautee onions and mushrooms in olive oil. add turkey.

add tomato

stuff peppers

pop in oven at 350 for 45 minutes. DELISH
