Traditional Bolognese with Mushrooms but NO Wine

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 onion, peeled and finely chopped2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped3 carrots, peeled and finely chopped3 sticks celery, finely chopped150g pack mushrooms, wiped and finely sliced2 tablespoons tomato puree500g mince125ml dry red wine2 X 400g can chopped tomatoes2 beef stocks in 300ml water
Directions
1. Fry mince tioll brown
2. add veg and steam on low for 15 mins
3. add everything else and cook for 1-1.5 hours
