Peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

1/2 cup (1 stick) imperial 1/3 less fat margerine1 cup skippy natural peanut butter1 cup sugar1 cup light brown sugar packed4 eggs2 tsp vanilla extract2 cups Eagle mills Unbleached flour with ultragrain2 tsp baking soda1 teaspoon salt4 cups uncooked oatmeal1/2 bag of Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips
preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix margerine, peanut butter, both sugars together. Then add eggs, vanilla, beat well. Then add flour, soda, salt, and oatmeal mix well. Then add chocolate chips.
About 1 TB of dough per cookie on a greased cookie sheet. Bake about 10-15 min about 1/2 way through press cookie down with the back of a fork.
This entire recipe makes about 60 (5 dozen) cookies.
