Cucumber Salad with Sesame Oil and Vinegar

Ingredients
359g Persian or English cucumbers2T asian vinegar1T sesame oilpepper1/2 t black sesame seeds
Directions
Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Mix with 1 t salt and drain for 45 minutes.
Rinse with cold water and squeeze dry.
Mix with all ingredients except sesame seeds.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
