1/3 cup Orange juice1/3 cup soy sauce2 tbsp vegetable oil1 tbsp fresh ginger1 tsp dry mustard1 tsp lemon juicepinch of sugar1 garlic clove, minced1/2 tsp pepper4 salmon fillets
Combine 1st 10 ingredients in a shallow dish. Add salmon. cover and chill 30 minutes, turning once. Remove salmon from marinade and place in lightly greased 13x9 in pan. bake uncovered at 450 for 10 min.
Bring marinade to a boil. Pour over fillets.
Makes 8 servings, 1/2 fillet each
