Fiber Bars

Ingredients
1 Cup Vanilla Shake Mix ( I used Curves )1 serving Grape Nuts Flakes1/3 cup peanut butter1/2 cup honey1 Serving Apple Fiber
Directions
melt peanut butter and honey in microwave for approx 1 minute.

Add all ingredients to mixture.

Press into pan...I used 8 x 8 pan...and cut into 5 rows of 3.

Serving Size: put in 8x8 pan and cut into 15 squares
