Ingredients
Yellow Cornmeal, 2 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 1 cup Baking Powder,2 TBS Salt, table, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, .5 cupMilk, 1%, 2 cupCanola Oil, .5 cup Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in center. Mix wet ingredients and add wet to dry. Whisk until smooth - bake 30 mins, serve warm.
