Peanut Butter Chocolatey Chip Cookies

1/2 cup - Raw Sugar Cane Sugar1 cup - Peanut Butter1 - Egg1/4 cup - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Combine Sugar and Butter until well mixed. Add in egg. Mix well... Add in your chocolate chips.
Roll 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2"apart. Smush down cookie balls with a fork in a criss cross pattern. Don't over smush :)
Bake at 375 degrees for 11-14 minutes or until slightly brown at the base of the cookie.
Let cool.
Serving Size: makes 24 exact cookies.
