Ginger Snaps

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup molasses1/4 cup maple syrup1/2 cup oil5 tsp fresh grated ginger
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F ( 175C)
2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and soda, and salt ( 0.5tsp)
3. Add the maple syrup and molasses, oil and ginger. Stir together until it's just mixed
4. Scoop small spoon- sized portions onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 - 15 min.
