Lentils and Brown Rice soup (re-calculated nutrition)

Ingredients
6.5 cup Chicken Broth3 cup Water 1.5 cup Lentils (dry)1 cup brown rice (dry)2 large Carrots1 med Onions, raw2 stalks Celery, raw
Directions
Combine broth, water , lentils, rice, onions, carrots and bring to a rapid boil.

Once it boils, set the temp to low, let simmer and cover. While it simmers for 40 min or so, add as muc salt and pepper as you like for taste.
