Oven Baked Veggies

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper1/2 red onion, chopped1 zucchini1 squash2 Tbsp. Herb de le veille olive oil by TEAOLI1 Tbsp. dried oregano1 Tbsp. dried basil4 cloves of minced garlic
Directions
STEP 1 - Preheat oven to broil.

STEP 2 - Cut up all veggies into 1 inch pieces. Add to large mixing bowl.

STEP 3 - Toss veggies with 2 Tbsp of Herbs de Province EVOO by TEAOLI. Add in Chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried sweet basil. Combine in a large mixing bowl.

STEP 4 - Place tin foil over a rimmed baking sheet.

STEP 5 - Place veggies on baking sheet in a thin layer.

STEP 6 - Broil for 30 minutes, stirring at half way point. Enjoy!
