Simple Shrimp and Grits

Ingredients
Brummel & Brown, 1 TbspOnions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Shrimp, 6 oz Garlic, 1 clove, mincedLemon Juice, 2 tspQuaker Plain Corn Grits, 1 1/2 cup (prepared)Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup
Directions
1. Melt Brummel & Brown in a large skillet, add onion and allow to cook until just softened. Add minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds and then add your shrimp, salt & pepper, lemon juice and red pepper flake. Cook until pink. Set aside.
2. Cook grits according to package directions, when done add cheddar cheese and mix well.
3. Sever shrimp on grits and devour at will.
