BBQ Sweet Chilli Chicken Fillets

Ingredients
Chicken fillets (10 pieces, approx 410g)Thai sweet chilli sauce (100g)Barbecue herb mix
Directions
I buy pre-cut mini fillets but if not available chop chicken into 10 pieces and remove skin if needed.
marinade all ingredients together in bowl in fridge for at least couple of hours.
I always part cook chicken in oven, these pieces are approx 3 inches long and I give them 20 mins on high heat before finishing off for chargrill finish on BBQ.
