Whole Wheat Cornbread

Ingredients
1 c. whole wheat pastry flour1 c. cornmeal1/4 c. splenda4 tsp. baking powder2/3 c. Egg Starts (equivalent to 2 eggs)1 c. skim milk1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients. Beat together eggs, milk, and applesauce. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just barely moistened.. Pour into well-greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 9 servings (Cut into smaller servings to cut down on calories.)
