Grandma's Adkins Diet Dessert

12 oz cottage cheese - we used 1%8 oz cream cheese - we use reduced (1/3) fat2 sf jello pkgs - choose flavors to coordinate with the fruit2 c boiled water1 sf pudding pkg - choose a flavor to coordinate with your fruit2 cups of strawberries or other fruit6 oz cool whip - we use lite
Combine boiling water with jello (mom puts this right in the blender, but I like to mix it together first). Place in the blender, adn add cottage cheese and cream cheese (cut in cubes). Blend until smooth. May add fruit at this stage or wait until the end depends on if you want the fruit smooth or chunky.
In a large beater bowl, combine milk and pudding. Beat until it starts to thicken, then add contents of the blender. Place in refrigerator containers - I use square ones about 9", and I need two of them to make this about 1.5 inches thick.
Top with left over cool whip or ready whip in the spray can.
