Apricot/Cranberry Chutney

3 oz dried apricots, diced6 oz dried cranberries, chopped1/2 c raisins3/4 t ground cinnamon1/4 t ground ginger1/4 t ground allspice1 pinch ground cloves1 c water3/4 c white sugar1/2 c cider vinegar
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the apricots, cranberreis, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and cloves.
2. In a medium saucepan, boil water and sugar, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add the dried fruit mixture and vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a covered container.
