Ingredients
3 C. Fresh Pumpkin Seeds3 Tbsp. Butter1 tsp. Soy Sauce2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Melt butter. Mix in soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Stir in seeds until coated. Bake for 2 hours or until seeds are lightly browned. Stir every 10 - 15 minutes. Makes 12 1/4 cup servings.

    These are awesome! Stupidly, I didn't think they would be salty enough, so I added salt...didn't need it, so mine were too salty through my own fault. But the flavor is great. Now that Halloween's over, I'm going to see if I can find some cheap pumpkins for the seeds. - 11/1/09
