Broccoli Shrimp Fettuccine

8 oz. uncooked whole wheat fettuccine1/2 cup Chopped onion1/4 cup chopped red pepper1 clove garlic, minced2 tbsp. olive oil1/4 cup flour1 can (12oz.) fat free evaporated milk1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1/8 tsp. Red pepper1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined13 oz broccoli1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated2 tsp. Old bay seasoning2 tsp. dried basil
Cook pasta. Put oil in a non-stick pan and saute onions pepper and garlic until tender. combine flour to milk in a small bowl. Add into veggie mixture. Add seasonings. bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes to thicken. Add chopped broccoli for 3 minutes. Add shrimp and basil and cook until shrimp turn pink. Drain pasta and add to pan and coat.
