Harvard Beets

Ingredients
2 cans of rosebud full beets2 tbsp cornstarch1 cup of sugar3/4 cup of vinegar2-3 cloves2 tsp of salt
Directions
drain liquid from cans into a sauce pan. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and cloves. Bring to a boil.

Mix cornstarch with 1 cup of warm water. Add to boiling liquid until thickened.

Meanwhile, put beets in microwavable dish and microwave for 4-5 minutes (or until hot).

Add to thickened sauce. Mix well and serve.
