Spinach Feta Tuna Matzah Pie

Ingredients
3 boards matzah1.5 cups 1% cottage cheese8 oz light Feta cheese.5 cups egg whites215 g onions3 cloves garlic3 carrots, grated7 oz can drained chunk lite tuna in waterolive oil spray326 g frozen chopped spinach
Directions
saute onions and garlic. add carrots. cook. add spinach. cook until defrosted.
mix cottage chese, feta cheese, tuna and egg whites
wet matzah. put one sheet in deep pan. put in half of cheese-tuna mixture. add in half of veggies. repeat ending with a layer of matzah. spray with olive oil spray. bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
